I happen to live in Bombay AKA Mumbai and there sure are tons of eateries here which are good at keeping a foodie occupied.

In the heart of Hiranandani, Powai, there lies one such cafe called Aromas. Let’s just say that they serve some amazing breakfast. I have visited the place almost every time I think of having some great breakfast.

Although everyone has their own version of what great food may be, I strongly believe that a great breakfast is surely the perfect way to kick start a day! ..and if you’re in for it on a Sunday, such a mouthwatering breakfast will definitely let you lounge around!

Aromas serve Continental and Italian cuisine. Their pasta is pretty famous and is preferred by many of my friends whenever they go in for some dinner.

Every time I visit Aromas, it’s usually for their “Big Breakfast” combo and to be honest, it has grown to be my favourite! It comes with:

1. Eggs made to order

2. Toast

3. Hash Browns

4. Grilled Sausages

5. Sautéed Mushrooms

6. Baked Beans

I usually order a simple masala omelette adding a cold coffee to the combo and I would have to agree to the fact that it has never let me down. Getting the chef to add a little extra cheese to the omelette preparation will always satisfy your taste buds.

Along with the great cafe ambience, the staff is courteous which makes one have a great experience.

The nutritious breakfast menu is an encouragement to healthy living and comprises of a sumptuous spread for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. They serve breakfast till 11 am on weekdays and till 12 on weekends which makes it perfect!

If you do not wish to eat a full-fledged meal, they have some great quick bites which you can enjoy over a cup of coffee. The place is open till 1 am which is a bliss for late night eaters!

An omelette lover will definitely find this place a must visit. It’s amazing how they serve great food at reasonable prices. All you Citibank credit card holders out there, are entitled to at 15% discount further on your bill! (Just tell them before ordering the bill else you may have to argue with the waiters down at Aromas ).

Having my belly thus satisfied, I only have good things to say about the Aromas Cafe. I don’t know what’s next on my list but I do know this will be hard to match up to. Highly recommend this place if you’re interested in venturing into great breakfasts.
